Why do you think that's a problem?

41C is a VERY cool running processor, absolutely nothing to worry
about. What's more likely is that the old board was incorrectly
reporting the temperature as being cooler than it actually is.

FWIW these chips can run at 60-70C with no trouble at all. They're
actually rated for somewhere between 85C and 95C, depending on the
model, though generally speaking you want to keep a bit of a margin
for error in there.

thank’s for the help i got it down to 35C for the cpu and the mother
board to 18C i think thats a little bit better that what it was at
before becasue the cpu multiplyer is running at 1250 but it says auto
im not sure what that auto thing does any ways thanks for the help.

Add 10C to that temp since Asus Probe doesn't read the CPU die temp but
the socket temp on K7 boards.

If you really want to see the temp drop (at idle) turn on the bus
disconnect, you can find this feature in programs like VCOOL (cool bit)
and SpeedFan (bus disconnect).

I get the lowest idle temps in Windows by turning HALT off and turning
Bus Disconnect on using SpeedFan on mt A7N8X.
