[SOLVED] CPU running hot

CPU and Gpu usage hitting wildly high numbers 90-100 with almost every game I play.



Intel i7-9700k 8-Core 3.6 GHz, Geforce RTX 2070 8GB, 16GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, 240GB SSD, Z370, Liquid Cooling, WiFi Ready, Windows 10

Define liquid cooling. Those chips run hot as heck one of the small all in one coolers isn't nearly enough

It’s not my computer physically running hot, my cpu usage is jumping to 100 percent depending on the game I play.

That's normal for some games. Some part will always run at 100% and with you playing at 1080p it'll usually be your processor
