Cpu running too hot idle

upgraded from stock amd cooler to a hyper tx3 evo but with stock cooler my fx 4100 ran idle at 25C and with the tx3 my cpu is idling around 33C-38C. is there a way to speed up my cpu fan? speedfan says my cpu is at 60C and hwmonitor says 35C

Reseat the cpu cooler with NEW paste...

At first i thought you had a stock cooler when i saw the thread name. My Athlon II X3 idles at 32C and before summer (its very hot here) when idle it was 25C. Stock coolers are bad make no mistake. Like brett said reseating the cpu fan and cleaning the pre applied paste and applying new one may solve the problem.

Thanks guys, seems like the paste was worn out and i didnt quite put the heatsink on right (lol), thanks for helping
