CPu running too hot

The thermal paste I'm using is called Xilence or something like that. They didn't have Artic silver in stock so I just bought this. It was in the same price range.

what the hell is this,1st of all give us your specs and the temperatures and also there are many alternatives even better than the arctic silver like the tuniq or ocz freeze,also are u using the stock cooler or and aftermarket cooler?if it is an after market specify the brand and the model.

BTW: did you put put a little of it or much?
