Cpu running very hot under load?

I have i7 7700k and i am currently rendering in blender and my temps seem pretty high. Its also watercooled. So im not sure why its that high. Is my voltage too much?

Yes it is excessively high and continued use at those temperatures will damage your CPU.
List your AIO water cooler.?

What stress test were you using.?

How did you apply your thermal paste and with what.?

The VID voltage does go a little high for a 4.5GHz OC and a lower fixed core voltage would be better however I don't think this is the actual cause as 1.33V is not excessive.

It's always best to list your full system specs including Case and fans.
