CPU running very slow

Solution
G
1. Change advanced power settings-enable high performance
2. Disable startup programs or close background programs. 28% CPU was running.
3. Disable virtual memory. 16GB ram is enough usually.
4. Enable XMP RAM profile in bios. (you seem to have a recent bios but if not update bios also)
5. Install latest intel inf.
6. Make sure ram are in proper pair slots. See MB manual.
7. Defrag hard drive and delete temp files.

the list is telling you to get a ssd to improve speed

now about the cpu results, some results are based on overclocked cpus, at what speed are you running yours?

not sure why it points to your ram as a big reason to run slow, you seem to have a good ram kit there, have you entered in uefi bios and set any specific value on your ram? timings and speed?
