CPU safe temps

I am running a i74790k and after hours of testing is seems to be stable but will heat up to 95 degree Celsius during the stress test (prolonged) Is this normal for this CPU? I had the 4570k beforehand and I don't remember it running this hot.

Stable temps under max load peaks at about 80-85C.
What are you using for cooling?
