CPU says parked after unparking

Hey there,

I just tried out the UnparkCPU utility and it told me two of my cores were parked. I unparked these and the utility did this succesfully. Untill i checked resource manager wich told me Parking is active on two cores. How come the utility tells me its unparked and resource manager tells me its parked and wich one should i believe and how could i possibly fix this?

Don't use a parking utility honestly, if you want the CPUs to stay unparked all the time, just stick windows into the high performance power plan.

Ok thanks. The only problem now is that i can't get them unparked anymore. Any tips on that?

Well i seems to be fixed now. Not sure how though. Its not parked anymore. Any advice on what to do now? Just delete the utility and act like nothing happened?

Yep just uninstall the utility, restart and then use the high performance power plan (unless your on a notebook and you run it on battery all the time).

Ok, i restarted and now they are parked again. Im really confused

The thing is i dont think they were parked before all of this but i just didnt know and tried to unpark them either way like a retard.

Hmmmmm....

You could try reinstalling it, and try unparking again to see if it'll reverse. I'm not an expert in parking cores as I've never had this issue before.

Already tried this. Nothing seems to work
