CPU Score abysmal in Lumion

I've recently started using Lumion on my new MSI.
I have to do a Flythrough for a project that is due soon and I was positive that I wasn't going to have any hassles.
Anyways, the problem is that once I imported my model into Lumion, It got sooo laggy. Another friend tried to use Lumion importing the same model and it ran smoothly, and I'm sure my Laptop specs are better.
I ran the benchmarks and the CPU score was a joke.
I don't know what could be the problem.

My graphics card is an Nvidia GTX 1060 and my CPU is Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-6700HQ with 2.60GHz. My RAM is 12 GB.

I've tried dedicating my video card to the program but alas didn't work.
I've also reinstalled the program but it wasn't helpful.
I really hope there's a solution to the problem as I really have to finish this project.

That benchmarks looks right to me too. So I'm suspecting your problem is specific to the software, not a physical problem with the CPU. Have you tried reinstalling the program? That's the next thing I'd try.

After that, I'm not sure I can really provide much assistance with a problem specific to this software; I'm simply not familiar with CAD software. Hopefully there will be someone else in this thread that would be more useful!

Maybe:

3) If it has got enough PassMark points and at least 2GB memory, and Lumion crashes or exhibits artifacts when you try to load a scene, it is most likely still using the slow Intel HD card in Lumion.

4) To fix this problem, please follow these instructions, depending on whether your laptop PC uses an Nvidia or an AMD graphics card:

NVIDIA CARDS:
a) Right-click on the desktop and choose Nvidia Control Panel.
b) Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings tab -> Add -> Locate Lumion.exe in the folder you installed Lumion in.
d) Select the preferred graphics processor for this program -> High-performance Nvidia processor.

Thinking low benchmark from trying to use the intergrated video rather than the gtx 1060.

I'd also run HWMONITOR in background to see your CPU frequency and temps, verify power policy (you should hear fans running like crazy when you render), ensure you are plugged in and not on battery, etc, but suspect you have done these things already from your other answers.

Installed it in my SSD drive, it ran really smooth! The link has the new benchmark results.
However...
I used the software for a while, closed it, did something else, returned to work, and ran the benchmark again and for some reason it gave me the same abysmal results from the beginning. I restarted my computer and ran the benchmark again and the results became the ones I just posted.
I can't imagine why my CPU is so unstable on this software.

Thanks for answering.
I had already gone to Nvidia Control Panel and dedicated the video card to Lumion. I'll keep an eye on my CPU frequency. As far as I'm aware, my fans work just fine. I also do gaming in this same laptop.
