Question CPU score Dropping but clock Speerspitze startet the same

My Ryzen 9 5950X is failing every CPU-Z Stress Test. While the PC isn't Crashing nor are the clocks Dropping, and yet the Score Drops from 11500 to 600. Of you restart the test immediatly the Score return to Normal, the Temps hover at 70 and clock are at 4.8GHz.
