CPU seems to be running after the system is shut down

Hey guys,
few days ago i did a clean windows 10 64bit install, I installed all the needed drivers and programs. Today I was looking to my task manager I noticed that the CPU UP Time is 1 day 16 hours and few minutes... I cant understand that because the pc was running a few minutes at the time and I shut it off normaly last day.... What do you guys think? I dont know what to do .... never happened to me...
The CPU is I7 4790K and I did the Intel CPU diagnostics and it passed everything...

Could have been in sleep mode. Run this line next time you want to shut down and see if it happens again: %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
