CPU showing 100% -- not finding any solution

HI All,
My CPU shows a 100% usage (System slows down) after i use my system for sometime or browse for long time or run some software. I reinstalled windows 7 a few days back after seeing this problem, still no use.
Also the system gets heated up soon. I had Microsoft Security essentials, but i uninstalled it guessing it was the culprit, but no use..I uninstalled many other softwares but no use..
My system config : windows 7, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics card, 500 GB HD, 2.13 GHz.

Best way to find out what is using so much CPU is to go into the Task Manager and open up the processes tab.

look in the task manager under processes and see what program/s are using the most CPU. this will tell you what is causing this issue.

and when I read the post and started my response there were no responses posted. Not to mention when I did press post, your post only said it was posted one minute ago and mine said 22 seconds so do the math and entertain the possibility that we were both typing at the same time before saying anything.
