CPU Showing Usage of 100% and temp. 90C.

My CPU is AMD A4-3305M.It is showing me a usage of 100% on playing Brain Lara Cricket Game.It has never been happened before and game was unplayable.
The temp. Of laptop was 90+ that time.And the temp of laptop always remain 70+ at normal usage.

What should i do.How can i get my laptop to normal working.Also it is 2 Years Old.

Probably dust build up in the intake fans and exhaust..

I wont recommend disassembling your laptop, but you may need to have the fans cleaned and the board reapplied with thermal compound..

You may need to Find a technician to do this for you.

It is a daily story.I run antivirus program found 1-2.and move them to chest.

Use a can of compressed air to blow out the dust from the fans...

But this method is not recommended because the dust parts will just nudge to the interior..

Check some YouTube videos on how to do it, because theres also a chance that it will clean out the fan.
