Hello Guys
So today i changed the port of my Graphics Card And my Hard Disk because they were to close and there wires were colliding into with fan off my graphics card but after that when i tried to start my computer the problem started. At first the computer normally but it took more than usual time to boot then after some time i tried to run assassins creed syndicate but as soon as the game opened the computer turned off i tried to turn it back on the after second or two it automatically turned back off , there was no problem with the CPU fan as they tuned on when i started the computer i left the computer alone for sometime when i came back it turned on successfully at first i thought it was a motherboard and bios related problem because i changed the port so i loaded the default settings in my bios and then rebooted the system, the system booted but it was still slow so i turned superfetch on(which i disabled few days back) and i again tried to run the game but still the same thing and when i tried to turn it on again it turned off after few seconds so i again left it for a few time and after some time i again turned it on it turned on and i checked the task manager and the disk usage was 100% and the computer is still turning off
I don't know what to do Please HELP ME
below are my system specs
Graphics card-amd radeon r9 270
Processor -intel i5 3 ghz
RAM-8 gb
Hard Disk - 500 gb
MotherBoard-Gigabyte H series (sorry i dont know the exact model number)
power supply - cooler master 600w

Update- The Disk usage problem when i disabled superfetch again but the computer is still slow

Solution
I suggest try running it with the integrated graphics and see how it holds even on gaming. Generally you have to start eliminating factors here. Start with the gpu and go from there. It is entirely possible that during the first disassembly something to have crapped out.

I would try to eliminate things this way : GPU(easiest)->Psu (with alternative psu)-->HDD. If you can check the list then the problem would be in the mobo/cpu.
Sounds like power/driver issues. Revert everything back to how it was before the problems started (hardware wise), and then only reroute the wires (properly). That's probably the easiest way.

If it still gives you issues, I suggest taking everything apart and rebuilding properly using cable ties and other cable routing . After that, reformat and don't mess with system settings! (only update drivers and install your games.

I can't see any reason to be cpu related. How old is your computer? When you don't run a game is it working normally? Could you open any intense non 3d software? Does it play media correctly?

Per your description you only changed the gpu and the hdd. Did you unplug the hdd? The disk usage 100% shows that there is some really intense action going on your drive. If that happens continuously it could be why gaming doesn't goes as planned. Your cpu utilisation how high is it?

Thank you guys for answering. CBneder my computer is in great shape and all the games run fine on it even assassin creed sydicate but most of the games sttuter but thats and another problem, and the hhd usage problem solved it was due to superfetch and yes i did unplug the hdd
basroli i will try your methood fisrt thing in the morning as i live in india and it is 12:44 and will report back and one more thing im not noob i know about computers but i dont know a lot about hardware and once again thank you
