CPU Smoke came out help ,and about dust ?

So today after i clean my pc from dust and reassembly all part together ,cpu fan was block by cpu fan wire which i don't see it at that time and after startup my cpu has smoke cameout of it a lot then i unplug psu check cpu ,cpu seem fine after wait for a while i startup my com again everything seen fine but my gpu start show up please shutdown and plug pcie cable which i plug in already, overall seem fine ,

1.Will i need to go see Computer Technician ?
2.Will my pc be alright ?
3.I also inhale smoke of it will me be alright ?
4.Is that true that inhale pc dust is dangerous ?

Hello... determine what/where the smoke came from... was it the insulation off a wire? Check your Power cable/PIns from/to your GPU.
