Question Cpu Socket on Asrock Z490 Extreme4 Broken

Hi guys, i was working on building a computer from scratch, and I've ran into a problem. I was clumsy and I think broke some of the CPU pins on my motherboard socket. Could someone take a look, and tell me if there are bent pins, can the motherboard be repaired if so, which pins are broken, and what could the damage be if the CPU was inserted in this condition. Also what is the best tool for me to use. Also Tell me if you need a clearer picture to tell!

There are several good videos on YouTube about bending pins. It can be done. The broken ones are hopefully something the system can get by without.
