CPU sound and cooling

I recently bought a amd fx8350 black edition and found it does run a little loud with the stock fan but also reaches temps near 70c - 75c and I had a older cooler master fan lying around (here's the link I used to purchase)https://pcpartpicker.com/product/htPfrH/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-dk97g52a0lgp, will this fan be enough to keep the CPU cool? And will it be quieter than the stock CPU cooler?

Absolutely not it's only okay up to 65w that's a 125w processor
