Question CPU Speed always run at max

how to read this stats? why in Hwmonitor, Task Manager, Cpu-Z. cpu core always run at 3.9Ghz, but in Ryzen Master it is not.

and cpu voltage, i down the voltage to 1.15volt in bios but in Ryzen Master and AMD Andrenaline software its always 1.35Volt

by the stats it's normal?

Ryzen Master says it's not. Open it in Advanced mode and check frequency at individual cores.

The base speed of the 5600G is 3.9Ghz, (and boosts to 4.4Ghz.) It's fine, my daughter has the same cpu.

In windows power options, pick the balanced profile.
There, in advanced options, set the minimum processor state to some number like 20%
That allows windows to reduce the performance when nothing is going on.

already set to balanced, min 10% but still same. even not doing a task, its clock 3900mhz
