CPU Speed Decrease

I have an AMD FX 8350 that usually runs @ 4.0 GHz. I start using additional cores (6) for the F@H team. The speed of the cpu decrease to 1.3 GHz. Is this normal?

My mistake. The speed is now 1,400 MHz per core.
