This has been happening for a good few weeks, I started to get sudden massive fps drops in all of my games, with no set pattern, yesterday I decided to take a look at what was going on and found out that my CPU goes from 3.8GHz to 1.4GHz whenever the drops happens.
Decided to check my temp too and it's fine, never goes above 58 C°. I've done everything I cound find to disable CPU throttling, including messing with the registry, changing settings in my bios, disabling Amd's Cool'N'Quiet or whatever it's called and nothing's changed.
Anyone has any idea what this could be?
