Hey,
Under stress (Prime95, bf4, watch dogs) cpu core speed drops to minimum. Bios settings at default, no oc, tried changing power options, reinstalled os, changed cpu thermal paste, tried another cpu cooler. When i turn off cpu throttling in bios pc turns itself off under stress. So i assume it's heat problem. When cpu hits 52 c it starts to throttle and mobos northbridge is too hot to touch, so i was thinking to change stock NB heatsink to: http://www.deepcoolglobal.com/product/dcoolingaccessory/accessory/2013-12/48_650.shtml
Will it solve this problem ?
Spec:
mobo: Asrock n68c-gs fx
cpu: Fx6300 black edition 3.5ghz
gpu: Asus r9 270 oc
psu: Corsair VS 550w
ram: Corsair Blue Vengeance 2x4gb 1600mhz

Cpu-z, CPUID readings:
idle:

after ~30sec using prime95:

after few mins using prime95:

Playing Bioshock infinite, Aion haven't caused this issue
Edit: So i changed NB heatsink and it didn't solve anything.

Solution

Plain and simple. You have nice cpu in a motherboard that is. Terrible. You need a 970 or 990 chipset. They were designed specifically for the FX processors.
