Hey guys,

Sorry I'm not well versed in computer software/hardware, but I've noticed that my CPU spike to 70% to 100% when I'm gaming (csgo,league..not thing too intensive). But it idles around 4%-10% when just browsing

I cant seem to find the problem.

SPECS:
Processor: Intel Core i5-8600 CPU @ 3.10 GHz
Installed RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz 2 x 8GB (16 GB)
System Type: 64-bit operating system
Windows Edition: Windows 10 Pro
GPU: Geforce GTX 1080 Ti
Motherboard: MSI Z370-A Pro
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 250Gb + 1TB
Power: Thermaltake Smart RBG 700W
Heatsink: Hyper 292 Evo
Fans: 2 Corsair AF120, 2 Antec TwoCool 140

I think I covered everything. Let me know if I'm missing some needed specs

There is nothing wrong with this. The more your system is doing, in this case gaming then it will ramp up your percentage. If you are doing something light like browsing the internet your CPU isn't being used that much.

CSGO is very CPU intensive.

This is how a CPU works.
