Question Cpu start but no display

Hello,

My cpu working and all fans are working when I turn it on but no display it happens before so i change the cmos battery it works but it start happening again so i again change the cmos battery but i doesn't work this time can anyone help me with this what can i do more to fix it

Is this problem with a new build, after upgrades or just started on old build?

How do you know the CPU works. Fans and lights do not indicate a working PC.

Hello i meant there's no beep sound doesn't feel like motherboard is damage or nothing it's just turn on and everything working but no display
