Question CPU Status Light On

Hi everyone i have rencently built my forst pc and there is a bright red light saying CPU. It wont boot up and everything else is working GPU, RAM and all the fans are spinning. I would like to try and fix it before I have to go get it fixed assnd wait 2 weeks
