CPU stock cooling fan

I tried to clean my pc just now and I cleaned most of the parts individually with a feather duster. I turned on the pc and the pc starts bleeping and
nothing came up on the screen. A friend told me that I wasn't supposed to take off the stock cooler and that's the problem and he nor I know how to fix it
Please help my CPU is the fx4300 by amd

Are there any beeps or LED error codes?

Update per OP:

my CPU is the and fx4300. I unscrewed the fan on top of my CPU and took the dust off the bottom and when I put the pc fan back I turned on the pc and the pc bleeped 3 times and the screen stayed black.

Sorry I was incorrect a friend of my sister fixed it turns out I didn't reinstall my ram properly
