Question cpu stress= freeze ,gpu stress = reastart with no bsod

I have a pc which was working fine until today
while I was playing GTA V the pc suddenly restarts without bsod after that it is restarting every time after the load screen of the server ends by 5 seconds or soo
what I did is I made some bench marks and here is the results:

gpu bench mark = restarting without a bsod after 5-10s or so.
cpu stress test by prime95 = freeze.

conclusion : I have a failing PSU correct me if am wrong I want to make sure

my parts:
I5-8600 (2-3 month old)(liquid cooled 2-4 weeks ago)
8gb ram (1-2 month old)
1080ti hybrid (about 1 year)
asus prime-z370a(2-3 month old)
ssd 970 evo m.2 (1-3 month old)
PSU 750w by xoom chinese company I believe (5-7 years old)

PSU is the first thing I'd frown upon in your build. Replace it with a reliably built, quality, branded PSU.

Soo do you believe a EVGA supernova g2 750-850 will do the job?

Update: installed an EVGA 850 G3 and did NOT solve the problem any ideas?

GPU stress test no problem
3dmark custom gpu only fine
3dmark custom cpu only fine
Prime95(blend) freeze

game is fine now (i think because i found a loose screw in the cpu cooler )
