Question CPU stress test failed ?

Hi Everyone

When i run a Intel Processor diagnostic Tool in i7 11th Gen, its getting failed, Its a 6 month Old PC,

Can you please suggest any tool to run a stress test which we can set a time for stress test.

what is it failing on? Some newer CPU fail to pass one test as its the software not recognizing CPU. Thats the software at fault, not the CPU.

there is Prime 95 but not sure you can set a timer, it just runs a long time

What part of the test if failing? (If you are running a higher XMP RAM speed, might want to retest at lower speeds just to rule out potential marginal RAM-induced errors)

What are the temps during the test? (YOu can install and monitor HWMonitor during the test...)

Any signs of the processor overheating/and throttling down beyond normal TDP-controlled /length of boost durations? (Clocking below base clock speeds , say down to 800 MHz when under a load, might imply overheating..)

CPU 1 - BrandString - Pass.
CPU 1 - Cache - Pass.
CPU 1 - MMXSSE - Pass.
CPU 1 - IMC - Pass.
CPU 1 - Prime Number - Pass.
CPU 1 - Floating Point - Pass.
CPU 1 - Math - Fail.
CPU 1 - GPUStressW - Fail.

All other test passed, only the issue with the Math test and GPUStressW test , May i know what might be the issue with these test ? is my CPU good ? please help experts.

what CPU is it?
Does it have an integrated GPU? Not all Intel CPU do now - could be why it fails

I am not sure which test the math one is

8 FMA - Fused Multiply Add Instruction (this sounds like a math test to me?)

possible 7 & 8 are the match test.

I don't know if Prime checks the igpu cores.
