CPU struggling while watching twitch

When i just play games, all my games are running fine at smooth fps. When i watch twitch while playing games, my CPU goes up to 100% and i get framerate issues. I need help

specs: i5-6600k 3.5ghz overclocked to 4.7ghz. done tests running perfect. Had the issue before OC so thats not the problem.

gtx 1060 6gb
16gb DDR4
Crucial SSD just upgraded from an old SSD. Had issue before the upgrade
2 monitor setup.
144hz main. 60hz 2nd

All drivers updated

Whats browser are you using? Have you tried to reinstall/repair the software via the installation wizard?

I have tried different browsers. I saw a thread here suggesting changing main monitor to 60hz and tried that and now im only using 50% of the cpu while in game and watching stream with no lag at all. Seems that solved it

Now I'm getting screen tearing though. Any way to fix that without Vsync? I really don't want input lag

Synchronizing video with the frame buffer flips, be it via vsync, AS or GS, is the only way to prevent tearing. No sync = tearing.

windowed fullscreen fixed screentearing. Uncapping frames also solved it for fullscreen. I think everything is good now
