CPU stuck at 25% or higher with nothing running!

Hello,
Fore some reason my computer is always at 25% CPU or more im getting nervous and this just started to happen im not running anything new, usually skypes there but that never did anything... its making gaming difficult please help!

Open task manager (ctrl+alt+del), go to the Processes tab, and see what is using the CPU the most.

If you're in an actual call on skype while this is going on, it could be Audiodg.exe. Increased risk if you're using a discrete soundcard.

Im not in a call... but whats audiodog.exe?

Audiodg is just a process that during VOIP interaction can potentially skyrocket in CPU use particularly when there is a discrete soundcard and its drivers present. If you weren't in call then it likely isn't the issue. Just check your processes while your use is spiking if you're curious. It's likely not it in this case.
