After i installed my SSD Adata su650 240GB in my Laptop (Toshiba Qosmio x770) i installed win 10 on it it was slow i looked up the Task manager and saw that my CPU is running at not even 800mhz so i formated the ssd using another Computer and installed win 8 on it. It ran normaly with 2.2Ghz (i7-2670QM) i dont know if it is Maybe a problem with the sata port the SSD is Sata III and my laptop is Sata II. Please Help!

the cpu maxes out by 36 in the stress test sorry and the temps in the stress test are 88°C max and with almost any usage it is like 80 i have the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut paste

I have a Qosmio x770-c11 laptop and i updated windows from i think ver 1511 to 1908 and my cpu got stuck on 800mhz but if i start the laptop in safe mode it works fine
Please help

I have a Toshiba Qosmio x770 c11 laptop the cpu is i7-2670qm (2,2ghz base) i had windows 10 (1511) installed and updated to 1908 after the update my cpu was stuck in 800 mhz i tried changing the power plan
