[SOLVED] cpu stuck throttling at 1.50Ghz

my power settings are in max performance but my cpu cant hit its max that is told in the ARK of intel, my specs are in my signature, thanks for the help

Best to list pc spec as signatures don’t display on some devices.

First thoughts are thermal throttling (what’s you cpu temperature) or if desktop has a slow mode been enabled which is often a button on the motherboard.

hmmm if i open my laptop case i will destroy my warranty so i think is the temp thanks

By default, your cpu and graphics will run on lower performance when on battery.
You need to run plugged in for max cpu and graphics performance.

The default base clock of your processor is 1.6.
It will turbo up to 3.4 when conditions are right.
Turbo applies to just one core and will only do that when thermal conditions permit.
Thermals are an issue with laptops where size and weight constraints prevent truly good cooling.
Keep your cooling airways clear.
