Question Cpu suddenly rebooting again and again and some times run smoothly

I am facing problem cpu rebooting suddenly one time some times reboot again twice but some time working fine.
i am using pc .My ram power supply is working ok. I took out vga card from pci slot and clean its pins with rubber eraser then pc works fine but after next day it again rebooting .i try to check mu bois setup in bois setup it reboots i set bois setting on optimized default.

I remove my keyboard from PC and system runs fine.My cinebench complete its cycle and gives result 7932 .Is the keyboard is cause of problem of pc rebooting

Strange things happened. I had trouble shooting my problem 99% by taking three steps.

1. I uninstalled my Gpu driver with ddu and installed my latest GPU driver.
2. When I shut down my computer, I turnoff the power supply button on the back side of the casing and then turnoff the power socket button on the wall.
3. I used the power socket. The other room PC runs fine with no reboot problems. But when I pressed the power button on the casing, my rgb fans ran for one or two seconds, then turned off the all-am system, then after 1 or 2 seconds it started fine and ran in the windows with no errors.

I think i solves my problem or not.
