CPU Suggestion/Mobo Upgrade?

Hi! I recently bought a Sapphire Nitro R9 380 and I was just wondering if I should upgrade the curent CPU I have (A4-6300) to an A10 or upgrade my current MOBO (A55BM-A/USB3) and further go for an upgrade for my CPU.

But being said, I have only a budget of 300$ for everything. I'm planning to buy in 2 weeks and I would like to get the best out of my money before I spend on anything so any suggestion/help is appreciated. Thank you!

If looking for a cost effective upgrade that will keep you happy for awhile, wait for Zen if set on AMD, could go an FX CPU but they are already a few years old

How about for a Z170 mobo and a new CPU? How would it fare to your suggestion? And my original thought of buying a A10 and not upgrading a motherboard, is this a smart move?

I forgot to add in the first post but I just want to use the maximum power for the card and as my rig is right now, it's quite bottlenecked and anything that allows me to play latest games today with the card and a new rig even if not on max settings (default would be just fine) is quite fine for me.

Can go that route also, might run a bit more. If you check the performance of the A10's say at PassMark think you'll the best of them isn't very good

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'll save money but run less if I went A10 and not buy a new MOBO than to get a new MOBO + i5 4460. Is this correct?
