I've brought the Ryzen 7 5700X to upgrade from R5 2600. I read that all 300 series motherboard will support Ryzen 5000 Series CPU's with the Bios Update with AGESA ComboAm4v2PI 1.2.0.7. Ive checked the cpu support on the official MSI for the A320M PRO-M2 V2 Motherboard but it does not show 5000 series as Supported. Does anyone Know if this is the case as I dont want to de-assemble my Computer to try if it will work.

That AGESA code included in latest BIOS version was first for 5000 series (it's up to 1208 now) and BIOS is dated just about the time for Ryzen 5000 so it's reasonable to expect it should work.

Thanks for the reply. I took the plunge and tried it out. It works very well but it did mess up my audio settings which is alright. I don't know why they haven't added the 5000 series to the supported CPU page but then again I shouldn't be pairing a 5700x to a 300 series motherboard.

Not surprised. Manufacturers rarely update compatibility lists past first year or while in production, they'd rather have you buy new, hopefully their product.
