CPU Swap: Reinstall / Reset or Refresh Windows?

Hello. I am planning on swapping my Intel Pentium G3258 with a much better i5 4690k. Should I just use my PC like usual afterwards or should I refresh, reset or reinstall Windows? I remember putting a new graphics card in my PC without refreshing and I got blue screens down the line so I don't know if this is the same

If you aren't changing the motherboard, then you shouldn't need to do anything other than verify the BIOS version BEFORE you do the swap.

Okay. I'm going to get my PC manufacturer to change it for me so they should know what to do. Cheers dude.
