I was planning on upgrading my current computer.
I have minimal knowledge on computer compatibility and wasn't sure if the parts I was looking into would work correctly with my system. If anyone has knowledge to help I'd appreciate your help.
Processor: http://www.amazon.com/AMD-Phenom-Processor-Edition-Socket/dp/B0056D5AMY/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A2R2KIYR4R8ULI
Graphics: http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-PCI-Express-Displayport-Graphics-GV-N660OC-2GD/dp/B00942TK8I/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
New power supply: http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Enthusiast-Certified-Compatible-platforms/dp/B004LB5AZY/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1363570936&sr=1-2

If I bought these would they work fine together?
Thanks

As long as you have over a 500watt power supply you'd be fine with that card and CPU.

Note: make sure you buy a socket AM3 motherboard! Or else the CPU won't fit.

What splinter007 said u will need a new motherboard to run that phenom ii x4 960t, and id go with a am3+ one as finding a decent am3 board will be more difficult then finding a new board that is still compatible on am3+ lol Also look for a board that has Core Unlocking feature of course since that x4 has the possibility to unlock to a six core, something around the 970-990fx range

Thank you both ever so much, I'll post another reply with a motherboard link to see if I haven't mucked up my search.

With this motherboard (http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GA-970A-DS3-AM3-SATA-Motherboard/dp/B0083R9QQG/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1367110038&sr=1-5&keywords=am3)

and the processor you chose (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284)

You'd be all good to go.

Final checklist
- Is my PSU over 500watts?
- Is my MOBO AM3+ and my CPU AM3+?
- Does my motherboard support my RAM speed?

I think you're all set.

Well the Am3 cpus work fine of am3+ boards, if u can get a good deal on that x4 and get it to unlock would be a great buy but the issue is getting it to unlock, and if it does it compares to like a 1090t, and a 6300 beats that out lol

The 8350 is a good way to go too lol, i would recommend spending a little more on a gigabyte 970a-ud3, or asus m5a97 R2
