CPU Temp and Fan Speed Utility?

What is the best CPU Temp and Fan Speed Utility Software? I'm looking for something to keep track of heat and cooling before I overclock.

MB is Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H in case that matters.

CoreTemp for CPU temps. (great free app, but watch the install process. It will try to install other crap, just don't allow it to.)

HWmonitor or SpeedFan for your fans.

Core Temp is making me nervous. I tried to download through the main download button on the site, but got a malware warning from chrome.

I've downloaded it at least 5 times in several different ways. Each time it locks up my computer.

Any other options?

Speed Fan doesn't support my motherboard. It blue screens every time I try to load it up.

HW Monitor works, and show me my temps. But it doesn't let me control the fans.

Any software for controlling fans?

Maybe you're fans arn't controllable.
