CPU temp at idle around 19c to 35c

Is my pc is good to overclock ? Usually the cpu temp runs around 19, 25, maxed is 36 if im not mistaken. (idle)

Can I overclock it ? I just want to slight overclock the cpu.

19C ? That's 66F or generally what most would consider below room temperature. Be that as it may, idle temperature is meaningless. Run an application based stress testing utility such as RoG Real Bench and monitor core temps with a recognized monitoring utility such as HWiNFO.

Once you know how it performs under load, the OC decision can be addressed.

AMD idle temps are literally meaningless, it's a calculated value and not accurate at low/no load situations. For instance my 8350 used to idle at 12 deg C :/

That gives me an idea, I can save corporations millions in HVAC costs by putting fake or miscalibrated thermometers in the rooms w/ all their cube farms that read 68F when it's really 80F. Then workers will *think* it's cool in there.
