CPU temp etc

■ Hi guys i have a problem with my pc my cpu is running way to hot and i really don't understand why...these it's look like this and i'm using the default bios settings, when i play games like division watch dogs2 etc i'm getting near 80 degrees

and this is how it's look inside, is not dusty since i clear it every 2-3 months

You're using a stock cooler on the CPU. Those are BAD. Buy a better cooler. Most people go for a Hyper 212 EVO from CoolerMaster, it's cheap and does the job very well for it's price. It's way better and way more silent than the stock Intel coolers.
