CPU Temp fluctuation

Hi, I'm not sure what's normal for CPU temps, but my readings go around 55-65 degrees Celsius when idle. Not sure if this is good or bad, or how I could fix this. Any tips? I will happily provide any information you guys might need.

What CPU, what cooler, what case?

That's a pretty high idle temp, usually it should stay in the 30-40 range up to 45 if ambient temperature is high
