Cpu temp gone high

hi guys, im worried about my cpu because its temp is now going at 70-75 normally
what can i do??

what cpu? what cooler? what MB? running stock clocks? what are your ambient temps indoors? (For instance, difficult to run at only 32C at idle if indoor temps are 33C, etc..)

Is your CPU fan still spinning? did this temp increase happen suddenly? when did you last apply new thermal compound? have you checked that your clock speed and voltage are set to default in BIOS?

Well my cpu fan is spinning & the temp i checked 2 days ago idk when it happened
and in the cpu fan i think the thermal paste is little bit damaged or removed
i disabled the auto smart ffan control so the fan runs on high speed
