cpu temp high

hello , I have Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @2.80 GHz ~2.10 GHz CPU. when I play pes 2016(or any game) game the temperatures goes till 76 C , is this okay?? and as soon as I close game its temperature falls to 56 C . so is this safe ?

Those temps are probably within the manufacturers recommendations, though the heat might degrade the system. My layman knowledge and reasoning says that you are safe, though it runs a bit hot.
