CPU temp higher than cpu core temp.

Weird thing, how is this possible.
When idle or ligth load the cpu temp is always some ºC over the core temp.
I used to think vcore is always around 5 ºc higher than the pack temp.
Dont know, what do you think?

I tried aida, and the mobo utility.

When i say cpu temp i mean the "pack" temp, i cant remember how its named xd.
The core temp is the temp of each core.
Thank you.
