[SOLVED] Cpu temp jumping from 63 to 80

My r5 3600 is jumping from 63 to 80 in a sec even with a stock clock and aftermarket cooler. Is it normal? oh btw the cooler is cooler master ma410p.

it is absolutely normal if it is concurrent with jumps in clock speed to 3.9-4.2 GHz for completion of any tasks...; when clock speeds and load reduce, the temps will lower just as quickly.

Normal on/with many processors for years...
