CPU Temp Jumps From 20 to 70 In One Day

So I recently swapped GPU's from old to new to old because of temperature problems. When I swapped it back my FPS in games dropped , the temperatures rised and the computer felt slower. I dont really know why , could someone help?
Mobo : ASRock 980DE3/U3S3
GPU : Radeon R9 380
CPU : FX 6300 (with a stock fan)
Memory : DDR3 8GB

Well the main problem is the temperature rise , this is just extra info.

what are your temp system temp idle and full load? and how many fans you have in your case?

Well I am not sure what I did but I just removed the fan and put it back and it seems normal now. I dont know why it had such a jump. But for the future , I have 1 front fan , 1 back fan and 1 cpu fan with 2 GPU Fans ( they are of course with the GPU ). The temps were 40-50 for GPU and 60-70 for CPU
