cpu temp seems too high

hi, im bobby, and i just built a new system useing a 78lmt-s2p mb 1 tb hard drive, 1gb video card and then put a kingwin fpx-004 front panel fan controler in it. the problem is, that the panel reading is 99- 13 for cpu and for my hard drive it shows at 100 to 104. degrees not celsuis. so to test them i installed core temp and it reads 16c to 23. if im correct its around 71 degrees f. i dont know what one to beleave.

Post some screen shots please, what cpu cooler are you using?

the fan is this (3-Pin 12V Intel CPU Cooler Fan for LGA775 LGA 1155/1156/1366 AMD754/AM2 /AM3)
and i have no clue how to do a screen shot. and i can see the temp at bottom of my screen for each core moving between 16 an 21 right now with core temp. and the front panel is 95 degrees f.

Post some screen shots please, what cpu cooler are you using?
