Hello so i have been running this rig for 5 months now. In the beginning my temps where normal. But now when i open something like Google Chrome my cpu temp skyrocket to +70c.
This is very frustlating because the dual cpu fans spin up so fast and gets very loud for 2-3 secounds. Is this caused by a windows update? I didnt had this issue before. My system run perfectly silent but i have this issue for 1 month now.
I stress tested my cpu and on max 100% usage my temps not going above 75c. However when i play games and i have like 20-50% cpu usage my cpu temps are still going up to 75c. But the cpu fans are silent and not noisy. I have noticed that in games my cpu w usage is around 100-110w.(Is this an issue because my cpu usage should be 65w tdp. For some reason my pc making so mutch more heat than before. And it gets the whole room hot. I have also noticed my cpu fans speed never gets above 69% speed.

Consider that when Google Chrome is being launched and/or otherwise running something else may be being launched.

Use Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer to observe system performance.

Use all three tools but only one tool at a time.

First observe without Google Chrome. (You mentioned "something like Google Chrome" - what else is like Google Chrome? Other apps or games? Be specific.)

Make note of what system resources etc, are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using any given resource.

Then launch Google Chrome and observe all again.

What changes or happens when fans speed up, temperatures increase, and so forth?

I have this fan speed up/high temp thing only when i open up Chrome and open links inside Google Chrome
I have tested it with Edge and it does not have this issue.

This:

"Looks like Anti malware service Executable start running and using cpu".

Disable and/or uninstall to test.

Disable first and if the problem does not end then try uninstalling.

Could be corrupted or buggy.

Once uninstalled, wait a few days or longer to be certain that there are no other problems or that the executable does not reappear.

Then you can decide if you wish to reinstall it.

If so, do so via a direct manual download from the manufacturer. Reinstall and reconfigure.

No third party tools or installers.
