I have just completed a new build and configured the fans for PWM, after i installed windows and drivers i kept hearing the fans rev up so i installed hwmonitor and it shows that every 30 seconds or so the CPU Temp would jump 5 or 10 degrees and causing the fans to speed up, any help? Thank you!

CPU Is 3800x

Solution
I think for Ryzen 3800x jumping 5-10C is normal, you should change your CPU cooler Curve, not to be spiking suddenly too much. But with such a CPU i'd always go for aftermarket cooler!
I set static voltage profiles for my fans so they always spin just below audible sound...I think 7.2v for each fan. You can set a dynamic profile for the CPU fan that gives a different fan speed based on temp...for that I set mine to 100 at 70c and a scale down from there that has a 50% fan speed at 60c. It's user choice really on the fan speeds...having an AIO water cooler helps if noise is an issue.
