cpu temp. very high

hello, I have Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @2.80 GHz ~2.10 GHz CPU. when I play Pro Evolution Soccer 2016(or any game) game the temperature remains constant at 82-83 C , is this okay?? and as soon as I close game its temperature falls to 49 - 56 C . so is this safe ?
Pls answer me as soon as possible...

I don't have thermal paste.From where can i get and how much will it cost ? And how much amount of it should I apply ?

do a little research on how thermal compound/paste is applied to the cpu. try youtube.

thermal paste is very cheap at your local computer store, unless they just sell laptops and branded computers

okay , also i had cleaned the cooler fan few days ago by removing all the dust...but this high temperature are in summer season because in my city outside temperature is 42 C but in winter season CPU temperature remains little bit cooler..
