CPU temp with Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO normal or not?

Hi!

I have the intel i7-4790k CPU on a MSI Z97 gaming 5 motherboard, I am currently using the Hyper TX3 Evo cpu cooler and getting about 41+ degrees idling. I've also put on an extra CPU fan for better airflow to the exhaust fan. My case is a InWin 703 which I know does not have the best airflow, but I am also getting these readings when the sidepanel is off. When gaming I am getting about 70+.

They seem high . Even the stock cooler does better than that

Its a small and basic cooler anyway but check you have it installed correctly and used the correct amount of TIM
